Satisfied or refunded : Leopar's 14-day guarantee

If Leopar isn't right for you, you can request a refund of your subscription within 14 days of your order, by simple e-mail, with no need to justify yourself. Here's exactly what this guarantee covers, and how to use it.

The guarantee, in plain terms

Within 14 days of your order, if the service isn't right for you, you can ask to be refunded. A simple e-mail is enough, to contact@leopar.io : no form to fill in, no reason to give.

This guarantee is voluntary and comes on top of your legal rights : it replaces neither the legal guarantee of conformity, nor the one covering hidden defects. It exists for a simple reason : your website is created and your domain name reserved immediately at the time of order, so the legal 14-day withdrawal period (which assumes nothing has started yet) doesn't technically apply. Leopar offers you the practical equivalent.

What's refunded — and what isn't

Refunded : the amounts paid for your subscription, monthly or annual.

Not refunded : the domain name. From the moment you order, it's registered in your name with the registrar — it already belongs to you. Even after a refund, you keep it ; it's never taken back. The amount that isn't refunded simply corresponds to the domain's registration price, shown before you order.

AI credit top-ups already consumed at the time of the refund aren't covered either — which makes sense, since they correspond to actual use of the service.

How to request a refund

An e-mail to contact@leopar.io, within 14 days of your order, is all it takes. No need to justify yourself or fill anything in : just say you'd like to be refunded.

Before writing to us, remember to export your website if you'd like to keep a copy : the « Export my site (zip) » button is available at any time in your site's settings.

What happens next

Once the refund is processed, your subscription ends : the site is taken offline and the dedicated server is freed up. Your domain name, on the other hand, remains yours — you can renew it or transfer it wherever you like, including to another host.

Everything is included in the subscription

For €39/month or €298.80/year (i.e. €24.90/month), you get your domain name in your own name, a dedicated server, the creation and evolution of your site by chatting with Léo, and daily backups — plus, on top of it all, 14 days to change your mind.
